| Mahshid Cummings has successfully completed and earned her certification as IPC J-STD-001 Trainer from training center in Orlando Florida. Starting January 2013 she will review and conduct UMCC's internal training and certification to UMCC's assembly staff and inspectors. |

| UMCC has successfully developed a new series of T-Pad variable attenuators
covering frequencies up to 20GHz. These attenuators do operate from a
single positive supply and are available in 30dB range or 60dB range
units. Attenuators are offered with voltage control or digital control.

| UMCC has developed and added this new transfer switch (DPDT) model SR-3000-TS to its product line. This DPDT switch operates over 10Mhz to 3000MHz frequency band. Key specifications are: 2dB Max Insertion loss; 65dB Min Isolation; 1.4:1 Max VSWR; 350ns Max Switching Speed; 1W/CW Power Handling; +5/-12V standard supplies (other supply options are available).
